As former Director of the American Council on Education’s flagship ACE Fellows Program, Nita led a premier national leadership initiative dedicated to preparing the next generation of higher education executives. In this role, she oversaw experiential learning, executive coaching, and high-impact strategic projects that strengthened leadership capacity across institutions nationwide.
