As the former Director of the American Council on Education’s flagship ACE Fellows Program, Nita oversaw a premier national leadership initiative that cultivated the next generation of higher education executives through experiential learning, executive coaching, and strategic project implementation.
Today, as CEO and Founder of Elevated Impact Ventures, Nita partners with executives and organizations to strengthen leadership pipelines, align vision with measurable impact, and foster cultures grounded in purpose, performance, and innovation.
